Costs & Deadlines for a CPC Building Project
COSTS: Costs are based on a group of up to 20 people. This includes all construction materials.
1) CONFIRMATION FEE: $500 Due upon confirmation.
2) MATERIALS AND ADMINISTRATION: $9,000 for a group of up to 20 people and $100.00 for each additional person.
3) MEALS: $75.00 per person for the eight (8) meals provided by CPC: five breakfasts and three dinners.
4) HOUSING: $225.00 per person (estimated, double occupancy at $50.00/room) for housing in Mexico and non-CPC meals. This will vary depending on the choice of restaurants for your non-CPC meals. This will be paid directly to the motel and/or restaurant.
Most groups stay in San Antonio Saturday night, choice of accomodations is up to each individual group.
5) TRANSPORTATION: Since groups join CPC from various parts of the United States and Canada, we cannot anticipate transportation cost. Most fly into San Antonio and rent a van. Call the CPC office for van information: 205-979-8552.
DUE DATES:
1) At Application - $500.00 Confirmation Fee.
2) By February 1 - $2,000.00 (one check please). This represents Early Registration fees of $100.00 each for 20 (minimum number) people.
3) By March 1 - $7,000.00 (one check please).
4) By April 1 - $75.00 per person for food and $100.00 for each additional person above 20 (one check please).
5) By April 1 - Registration Forms need to be in the CPC office for Early Registration. However, please begin sending them in AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Please remember that after April 1 Late Registration fees will apply.
6) By April 1 - We will need to know how many rooms you will need in Mexico. We will make your room reservations in Mexico.
